These rules apply to player names, chat, alliance names and descriptions, and interactions in IMPERIO. By using community features, you agree to follow them. The service is operated by LUGRANA S.R.L.
Share the game, respect people
- Use a respectful alias and language. Hate, discrimination, threats, harassment, bullying and encouragement of self-harm are not allowed.
- Do not publish pornography, sexual abuse or content sexualizing minors. Do not use the game for unwanted sexual contact or requests.
- Do not disclose other people’s personal information, images or contact details without authorization. Do not ask for passwords, codes, identity documents or payment details.
- Do not send spam, scams or misleading links, or impersonate players, LUGRANA or support.
- Do not use unlawful tools, exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with the service. Report problems to support.
- Do not misuse reports to target an opponent. A battle permitted by the game’s rules does not by itself constitute harassment.
Report content
- Open the relevant content.Choose Report in chat, the member list or a village’s details. You can also report alliance text.
- Choose a reason.Add useful context only, without unnecessary personal data. Nothing is submitted until you press Submit report.
- Submit your report.The service keeps a copy of the content for review. Your identity is not shown to the reported player. Repeated reports of the same content do not create duplicate cases.
If you cannot use the in-game tool, email amministrazione@lugrana.com with the content and context. Moderators review reports; reports are not emergency communications.
Block and unblock a player
Block player appears in village details, the alliance member list and beside messages. After confirmation, messages between you are hidden and resource and troop exchanges are disabled. Blocking does not prevent battles allowed by the game or remove a player from an alliance.
You can unblock a player from their details or the alliance’s Safety section. Your block list remains available after leaving an alliance. Reporting and blocking are separate: use either or both as needed.
How moderation works
An automatic filter prevents certain explicitly abusive expressions from being published. Authorized moderators assess reports and may remove messages, replace inappropriate names or descriptions, and temporarily suspend content posting. Decisions consider the violation and its context.
If posting is suspended, the game shows the end of the suspension and a support contact. To request a review or appeal a decision, email amministrazione@lugrana.com. Explain the issue without publicly reposting reported content.
Accounts and purchases
Keep credentials private and use only an account you own. Do not sell accounts or Faith or request payments from other players for game advantages. Faith is a virtual resource for use in IMPERIO, with no monetary value and no cash conversion.
In the Apple app, pack prices are shown before purchase confirmation. Packs are consumables, not subscriptions. Purchases and refunds are also subject to Apple’s terms and your legal rights. Resources already spent in the game cannot be restored as new purchases.
